New Wave Dermatology:
FSDPA has been authorized by the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 87.25 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. - NPs can claim AAPA Category 1 CME credit as continuing education with AANPCB and ANCC. AAPA recommends that NPs check with their certification/licensing authority to confirm that AAPA credit is acceptable if you would like additional confirmation.

New Wave Dermatology is a four-day comprehensive medical education symposium designed as a comprehensive training program for PAs and Nurse Practitioners working in the field of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. We designed this four-day conference to increase the knowledge and skill level of practicing dermatology and aesthetic PAs and NPs by offering live didactic sessions, question and answer sessions, as well as hands-on workshops. This multi-sponsored, CME accredited program has recruited an outstanding faculty of thought leaders to conduct educational sessions on a wide array of topics.

The Thursday Night Welcome Reception this year is a luau! Feel free to come dressed in your best Hawaiian shirt or floral dress, but it is not required. This reception is for all registrants, faculty, and industry partners. It will be held on site at the conference hotel located outdoors in the garden area by the pool through the restaurant called Unreserved. The Welcome Reception will be Thursday May 30th from 6:00-8:00pm. Cocktails and light Hors D’oeuvres will be served.

The Friday Night Costume Reception will be Heroes vs Villains themed! It is strongly encouraged to dress as your favorite hero or villain!
